What size of space do you offer?
Broadly spaces for 10-100 people (c.450sqft – 4500sqft) but there may be some flexibility for larger or smaller.

What is the minimum and maximum contract duration?
We offer flexible leases from one to five years.

What are the costs involved?
We offer simple inclusive pricing plans to meet your needs, invoiced on a monthly basis.

What is incorporated within the ‘inclusive’ costs?
All rents, rates, service charge, utilities plus your standard enterprise grade IT & VOIP telephone handset. Anything on top of this will be payable as an additional item.

We require our own dedicated internet provision, is this possible?
Yes, we offer a range of enhanced and dedicated IT options outside of our standard super-fast provision.

Do you charge per desk or for the actual space?
We charge for the space you require and can advise on the best layout for your business to maximise productivity and meet your business goals.

Can we install company branding or our own equipment within the office?
Yes, the office space is for you to make your own. There are also areas outside of your office for your branding.

We require our own internal meeting space, is this possible?
Yes, internal reconfigurations are possible. We’ll work with you to ensure the space works
best for you and provide transparent pricing for any enhancements you want.

Do you offer co-working or hotdesking memberships?
No, our model is geared towards our customers and ensuring that communal spaces are
readily available but meeting rooms can be booked by non-members for ad-hoc touch-down space, meetings or off-site workshops and training.

What breakout space do you offer within the building?
The Atrium Lounges on floors two and three, provide a variety of seating areas and breakout spaces,
including a kitchen area, pantry, banquette seating, lounge seating, high tables, phone kiosks and
relaxation areas.

Are there onsite meeting rooms?
Yes, we have six in total, ranging from a four-person interview room through to 22 person
boardroom. We can also offer an events space for out of core office hours.

How can I book a meeting room?

What are the meeting room charges?
You will be charged on a per use basis and this will be invoiced as a line item on your monthly invoice.

Can external visitors book a meeting room?
Yes – please refer to our meeting room page on the Myo website: www.myo.co.uk/meeting-rooms

What is the cancellation policy for meeting rooms?
Less than 24 hours notice is non-refundable, 48-24 hours notice is 50% refund and more than 48 hours notice is free. Bookings can be cancelled via the Member Portal or with the Member Concierge team. Any additional catering ordered to the meeting room will also be chargeable on the same basis as the above.

Can I refer a company to be a member and what are the benefits?

Incentives are available to companies who refer new members (who haven’t already been registered) - please contact hello@myo.co.uk for further information.

Wi-Fi

How do I connect to Wi-Fi network?
Myo Members - Connect to ‘MYO Member’ Wi-Fi network, using the same username and password provided for the members portal.
Myo Guests – Connect to ‘MYO Guest’ by accepting the Terms and Conditions.

What is the internet speed in the building?
Myo benefits from enterprise grade internet connectivity with Wi-Fi and hardwire options.

What do I do if my internet stops working?
Please contact you Myo Member Concierge who will be able to assist you and get you back up as soon as possible.

Phones

How do I order a phone or phone line?
These are available on request, please contact Member Concierge for more details.

Security

Does Myo have an emergency contact number?
Building security are on site 24/7, details will be provided during your on-boarding session. 123VS Security can be contacted in an emergency on 020 7963 4999.

How do I replace a lost pass?
Please speak to Member Concierge who will be able to arrange a replacement – the first replacement is free, any further replacements are £10 a card.

How secure is my space?
Your office is on access control and you will control any requirements for your staff. There are several options for securing your office which can be agreed during your onboarding.

I have lost my key for my pedestal – how do I get a new one?

Building & Facilities

What insurance are members required to have?
All our members are required to have their own public liability insurance. We would also recommend members arrange contents insurance for your space.

Who completes maintenance work in my office?
Maintenance is carried out by the Myo team for all main building items. Any issues can can be logged through the members portal or with the Members Concierge.

Can I make changes to my office?
Our team are available to help with changes to your set up, any wall hanging requirements or additional furniture with prices available on request. Requests can be made through the Member Portal or by speaking with the Member Concierge

Who manages our post?
All post will be delivered to the post room on the second floor. You will be notified when this is ready for collection.

Where can I store cold food?
Shared fridges are located in the kitchen and pantry areas on floors two and three. Please be considerate to your fellow members with your space used and by labelling items. Please note that the pantry fridges will be cleared each Friday.

How often will my office be cleaned?
Your office will be cleaned on a daily basis, during the evening. We operate a no-bin policy to assist us with recycling and sustainability targets but these are located in the kitchen and pantry areas.

How do I dispose of confidential waste?
Confidential waste bins can be provided on an ad-hoc or scheduled service, for more details please contact the Member Concierge.

Where are the showers and bike park?
The showers and bike park are located in the basement. Bike spaces are shared with all building occupiers and available first come first served. These can be accessed via the loading bay ramp for entry/exit on your bike and via the lift in the main lobby for pedestrian access. Please ask Member Concierge who will help you.

Can I have a locker?
A limited number of lockers are available

Where can I find Health & Safety documentation about the office?
All information will be available on request through Members Concierge.

When is the fire drill?
Fire drills are every six months, and held in May and November typically.

What are the office hours?
07:00 – 19:00
